Do you know what month and year it was originally purchased?

I'm surprised to see the book with a painted black interior, instead of unfinished yellowish resin, yet a deck of "Clue" branded cards. This suggests it was early in the production run for the Cluedo edition, as the proper Cluedo branded cards were not yet shipping, but the book was already being painted black on the inside.
