If you could invent a New Edition based on another genre, what would you choose?

would it be a Downton Abbey version?
How about an Agatha Christie edition?
Or an Absolutely Fabulous edition? It was Patsy in the Magazine Office with the Champagne bottle!!

As long as Patsy doesn't have that horrible black hair, we'll be fine.

You mean base an edition on a licensed property?

Again, this has been discussed at some length here:

People definitely have strong opinions about these kinds of Clue games.

But I'd love to see an Agatha Christie edition, since more than any other influence, her's likely had the greatest impact on Pratt in designing Murder!/Cluedo. But I'm also not sure what that would be ... would you base it on one of her classic mysteries, like Murder on the Orient Express, or and Then There Were None? Or something more like the Hitchcock edition, which pays tribute to all of her stories?

And I'd also like to see a really well done Giliigan's Island version because it's characters are already so well suited to the game. In fact one of the classic episodes was exactly a Clue-type murder mystery they had to solve. The artwork could be really rich wonderful. Or maybe just do an African safari themed Clue using the existing characters.
