So I gave Miss Peach's heritage alot of thought. In Master Detective she is Mr. Boddy's Long Lost Great Step Niece. I suppose the family tree would be something like this:

(note, I named his niece Pam just to help organize things)

She very well may be conning him, but any good con should at least know where they are pretending to come from.

Miss Peach: "Hiya! I'm your long lost great step-niece, Georgia. Can I be in ya'll's will?"
Mr. Boddy: "You're my what?"
Miss Peach: "I'm your estranged niece's step-daughter."
Mr. Boddy: "That makes a little more sense, sure come right on in, there are seven other people in the Drawing Room, a cop outside patrolling, and for what ever reason my maid is cooking dinner. Make yourself at home while I go off and change my will."
Miss Peach: (claps her hands excitedly) "Alright! Ohh that's a nice horseshoe you've got there."
