Anybody else read (or watch?) Encyclopedia Brown in the past?

First published back in 1963 and written by Donald J. Sobol, the books usually are made up of ten or more short mysteries that have the solutions printed separately in the back of the book.

And when I went to a Barnes & Noble book store today, I noticed they still had some on the shelves (in the Young Reader section) even more than fifty years after the first book in the series was originally published.
