Because my cousin was evil she made me watch this weird version of chuckie when i was five which made me horrified of dolls. My aunt preceded to send me porclien(sp?) dolls for my birth day. My cousin also loved Poltergeist which created a fear of the dark, TV's and new houses. The posion apple scene in snow white also horrified me's i think i stopped eating apples after that. Still afraid of being poisoned at times because of that at times.
When i was eleven i saw the grudge and for a year i didn't sleep with a comfoter because of a scene when a person is attacked when they get under it. I still sleep with the lights on. Oddly I'm not still scared of that movie. As for recently I saw The Happening for a secound time just now. i think I'll be affraid of plants for about a week probably. I use to watch Beetlejuice when I was younger, but I swear, If I saw that decomposing scene for the first time at this age, I would freak out! _________________

I agree. It (for once) stayed very true to the novel, and it was almost identical. That's how a Christie interpretation from book to screen should be, in my opinion. _________________ Okay? Okay?! I think we can do better than that.

I thought I was finished with being traumatized by movies, but no...I bought Dario Argento's Opera at the local FYE yesterday. Now, some of you should know I'm an Argento fan, and I hadn't seen Opera yet.
The main plot of the movie consists of the killer forcing the heroine to watch as he murders those around her. He ties her up and then tapes pins beneath her eyelids, thus preventing her from closing her eyes without mutilating herself. Yikes. _________________

(Okay, I know this isn't a movie, it's an anime I'm talking about, but it's pretty traumatizing)
Everyone on here already knows my shock over the ending of School Days even though I already knew how it was going to end thanks to Anime Pop Culture. I'll bet the people on here are curious as to what's so horrifying about the ending. So I'll show it to you, but first, a little backstory:
The story is about this boy, Makoto, who has a crush on this other girl, Kotonoha (the girl with the long hair). His girl best friend, Sekai (the girl with the shorter hair), matches them up, but then it turns out she likes Makoto, too (she’s the Cyrano of the story). Sounds like a romantic comedy, right? WRONG.
Any-hoo, it's a bit of a long story, so the best way I can sum it up is this: Makoto is a horny idiot, so he frequently jumps back and forth between the two girls. He goes from Kotonoha, to Sekai, back to Kotonoha, back to Sekai, and finally back to Kotonoha (while scr*wing half the girls at school in between ). By this time, Sekai is pregnant with Makoto's baby, thus the reason he left her. He blames Sekai for this whole mess (though in a way, it is sort of her fault since right after setting up Makoto and Kotonoha in the very first episode, she sort of kind of kissed him) and tells her via text message that he knows a good "hospital" she can see to “lessen the burden”. This, combined with Sekai's guilt over being the catalyst for everything that went on, and her hormonal state, leads to this conclusion (apologies for no subtitles; the uncensored version looks less silly because the censored version has squid ink blood):
