Sorry... I couldn't decide which section to put this in...

But if anybody is interested, JK Rowling (and Stephen King and John Irving) will be giving a reading at Radio City Music Hall in August. It's the first time JK has been in the US since 2000. I soo can't wait!

Details:

An Evening With Harry, Carrie & Garp
Tickets go on sale Friday, May 12 @ 10:00am.
Join literary legends J.K Rowling, Stephen King and John Irving as they read selections from their own works. The evening includes surprise guests and an audience question and answer session!

Please note that audience members must be at least 8 years old to attend.

Yay, I bought my tickets today. Surprisingly, they were mostly sold out already on both days, but I managed to snag 4 seats in the front row of the 3rd Mezz. so it's still a good view - just WAY off to the side.

I can't wait!!

J.K. Rowling is a witch I tell ya! I get sucked into these books due to the hype and they turn out to be uncreative slop slop. Well from my standpoint at least, it just isn't my taste.

It was a year ago!

But she is giving another reading in October. But you have to win tickets in a lottery to be able to go. I've gotten all the people I can to send in an entry form so they can give me the tickets if they win.
