So this is basically a re-issue of The Wolrd of Harry Potter Clue from a decade ago? The U.K. site shows it even has the same awful DTS ? Pawns. What is it with these re-issues and not improving upon the worst parts of them?

This is not the same Winning Moves as here in the US. They're related companies but entirely different products. What's interesting here is that USAopoly is still selling a different current edition of Harry Potter Clue, so it will be interesting to see if this updated re-issue version makes it to the US.

I've seen both versions in stores around me (Atlanta, GA area). I've had the original release with the Marauder's Map board for a long time, but I've no interest in the World Of HP version. It's just ugly, to me, compared to the original version, and a less engaging premise & design.

But it is unfortunate this edition got saddled with the ? tokens. With all this talk of lackluster tokens around here, I'm tempted to buy all the red, yellow, white, green, blue, purple, and pink tokens my local games shop has in stock. At 10¢/ea it's not such a bad idea to have a ton stashed away for giving some games a little facelift.
