Tomorrow we'll be told (hopefully) who is/are eligible to start the Article 50 process - by the British Supreme Court.

I think, somehow, the UK will stay in the EU.
(If I'm wrong, I'll apologise now.)
I think the fudg-ing after Article 50's started (if it's started) will be too immense.

My short-term memory's bad, sometimes. But, sometimes they're blessings too.

Not bad, 2 decent ones there. Not a big fan of Blue Herrings and I'm not a fan of the Scott cases (Orchis Fatalis being the exception)

The AIVD Christmas Puzzle is MF HARD!
Here's one of its puzzles that doesn't require knowledge of the Dutch language:
This question counts for 1 lousy point and has 6 ciphers. They all use a different cipher, but the solutions all have one common theme.

Most questions are some form of cryptography. I just spent an hour or two on one three-point question. I could show it to you but it got me way up past my bedtime, and a headache.
Anyone else here fond of cryptography? Ciphers and all that?
Finally, today they published the answers. I scored 16 points and am at a shared 775th place of over 1200 entrants.

In Bouillon (Belgium), an auctioneer discovered a complete 18th century library as it was left behind by a French intellectual who fled the Revolution. The auctioneer described it as a "trip through time".
The entire collection will be sold in one lot and is expected to fetch between 35,000 and 50,000 euros.

A man's picking his nose - and another man observes this and says, 'Wave when you get to the bridge.'
