That's not entirely true Jane. Our Prime Minister is a proud Bible thumper. A huge chunk of my family are fundamentalist Baptists. In fact, in some parts of Toronto, it hard to avoid prayer palaces, Jehovee Witlesses etc.

Yeah, what I'm saying is it's bad up here too. Canada isn't perfect.

Uggh my religious outlook on life is quite confusing. I'm somewhere between Wiccan and Pagan right now. I don't know which I feel more comfortable around. I would say Pagan because I know more about it, but it feels like I'm naturally attracted to Paganism. I believe in the Gods and Goddesses but I also believe in the divine power of the individual. I see nature as whole and respect it to the points of wanting to become a vegetarian again.

I don't know. I've got my whole life ahead of me to decide.

So gossip is the most recent thing I've been having tossed over my head. The teenaged witch living in a Christian orientated town didn't fly well. Hmmm who knew?

I'm rather confused about my faith right now. Today, I attended a Latin mass in a Catholic church I'd never visited before. And something just came over me. Despite having been generally agnostic for some time, I suddenly feel like rushing off to confession. It's weird.

I hope you get peace and security.

I've been dealing with harshness and negativity from "good natured" Christian people since I came out of the broom closet. But I guess it just shows who your friends really are.
