I reckon its Mr Madam - because he;s the biggest and the chair opposite the victim looks to have broken legs

This one requires a bit of explanation: the three suspects are parodies of Dutch comedians. Also I found myself unable to translate the text on the wall, so left that intact and put the translation here.

"The murderer is ah what was his name again I can't thin of it ghastly huh I knew it yesterday something with a thingy terrible now what was his name..."

I assume the words written on the wall were stolen from the killer. They don't point to anything because he's unsure, and the most unsure suspect (who has question marks around him) is..

CHUCK BOY

I agree with Jamie, but I think the writing is Chinese and not the killers name so I would go with Chuck Boy.

I can assure you the writing on the wall is Dutch. :) And the clue is in the writing.

I think the translation is a red herring

They would've been blood-red in the original releases in the bi-weekly comic magazine SjoSji. For the bundled version, the artist opted for black & white, which does add some class the full-colour version didn't have.
Some of the Netjes comics are unsolvable (like the last one) but play for humour. This one's very solvable, but you've got to pay attention. :)

This one's my favourite!

(Unfortunately there's one missing line that I didn't discover until I'd uploaded it: the professor says "really?" in the first panel.)
