Good find! I found the book a while ago, but refused to pay $14 for a rather worn copy. I also found a book of Clue mysteries (a big one with the '96 suspects on the cover), but I didn't have enough money with me then to buy it.

During my time being sick, I watched an assortment of movies in bed. I also watched the first few episodes of Murder She Wrote . I have to say, it's pretty awesome. :)

Such a fun show! The first episode I ever saw was with the black jazz musician being poisoned.

My first episode was "How to Make a Killing Without Really Trying". Anyway, glad you like it Jane Poirot.

Hmm. Well, apparently I'm actually kind of color blind.

I really don't know. I do know that I keep failing online color blindness tests and that my friend can pass with flying colors...and that we got into a fight today about whether his tie was black or green. I think he was right,

Two of my friends appear to have a 'thing' for each other.

*sigh* I promised myself I would take a temporary hiatus from fanfiction to work on my original story, but a few plot bunnies just won't leave me alone...maybe they should be called plot puppies . Bunnies run away if you approach them; if you try to shoo away a puppy and remind it that it already has an owner, it just follows you home.
Also, I feel like going back and re-watching the first few episodes of Higurashi...I also feel like watching more of Murder She Wrote ...and I also feel like watching the Japanese horror film I got for Christmas, the movie Audition ...

I ultimately decided to spend my Friday evening re-watching the first story arc of Higurashi...oh man, there's so much I want to say but I don't want to spoil it because revealing just ONE detail would be giving it away...all I'm going to say is, it's such a good psychological thriller...
But it also has a tendency to rape your mind. Umineko is 1000x worse at mind-scr*wing than Higurashi, though. Why? Because Higurashi eventually gets easier to understand with each passing episode; Umineko, in contrast, just gets more confusing as it goes on.
The best way to describe Umineko is thus: Imagine what And Then There Were None would be like if Agatha Christie wrote it while under the influence of crack. Then picture the Harper's Island writers under the influence of pepsi. Then mix them both. Now throw witches into the mix. Bingo--you've got Umineko.

I just watched Avatar in theater last night.

If they scrapped the dialogue, and just keep in the visuals -- and invested the money for better music -- it would have been a better movie. I was entertained, but that was it. The predictable characters and dialogue just fell very flat. The movie insisted on being epic.

I haven't seen it but the trailer alone screamed predictability. My family and I were immediately finding ourselves going "he'll become one of those blue people" and "he'll end up falling in love with that girl one".

On another note, bidding on eBay is very exhilirating.

I find hockey very exhilarating. I'm now opting to play 3 games a week (2 games in the league, and Fridays with Dad) because it's been so good.

Why can't spambots be targets in a first-person shooter?

Hence my earlier post. Silly how they assume everyone's mad for Susan Boyle.

If the current 'in' singer was a talking goat, they'd be pushing their product for that, too. They just look up whoever's on the top charts right now and use that person.
