Ah yes, I should have had him on my list. Everybody loves Arkady Grigorovich Ourumov!

I hope I spelled that right.

His name was silly sounding and a pain to spell. I bet he was teased at villain school and that's why he only ended up as a henchman.
Poor guy, I was expecting a more grand death other than getting shot by Bond.

I agree about Delores Umbridge. She's so twisted! As is the mother in Flowers in the Attic.
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

I mean...what is it about the movie that you found so dull? I personally found it fascinating.

Arnold Toht, is one of the best villians ever. He's so sadistic, and yet so chilling. I could almost smell his sweat as he perpares to torture Marion.

And he has the best death ever! The years of torture and sadisticness he would always posesse melt away from him, literally.

jaugernaut from x-men and mr sinister too-just evil-nothing else
but juggernaut does have a reason for being evil. maybe not in the movies, but in the comics, he and xavier are stepbrothers and he resents xavier for being liked by juggernaut's dad while juggernaut was abused. he also resents xavier for being rich while he grew up in slums until his dad married xavier's mom (which was the only reason he married her). there're other reasons as to why he hung around criminals and stuff, but that's the just of it as far as being an x-men villain goes.

however, he recently (a few years ago) came to terms with the fact that xavier had nothing to do with his bad life and it was his father's fault and now he's a member of the x-men.
