Fast Food Places - the good and the bad

[Inspired by the White Castle Thread]

Fast food... what are your favorites? least favorites?
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

I LOVE Quiznos. Though the only sandwich I've EVER eaten there is the Steakhouse Beef Dip sub with a side of Broccoli Cheese Soup. Mmmmm.

I eat Subway a lot because it's right next to my workplace, but I don't neccessarily like it. The one thing I LOVE about it, however, is that they offer Diet Sprite and Light Lemonade! I only drink diet soda, but never colas, so it works out nicely.

I don't have a problem with McDonalds. In fact, we go there for breakfast almost weekly. Rarely, though, do we go for lunch - and if we do, it's always just for McNuggets. :)

As far as Burger joints go, I used to like Wendy's. They had yummy burgers. But I haven't eaten a fast food burger anywhere in about two years now.

Harveys: not a bad fast food resturant..and its Canadian so probably a lot of you have never heard of it. Its not that bad for fast food.

A&W: Actually pretty good. I love the Root Beer floats

Wendys: I only remeber go here once. i dont remeber the food being bad. But not my choice of resteraunt.

KFC: havent really been there much. The food is horribly battered. But tastes okay. I can't say I love it though

Subway: Never been there.

Taco Bell: Never been there. Cant fairly judge it.

Burger King: Blah.

McDonalds: Horrible oawfuL! Food is vomit. Smells like butts and vomit. Discusting place!!!!

That's easy to say when you don't do the cooking... especially after a LONG day at work!

I love going to restaurants, primarily because I love getting free soda refills. It's so fantastic to just pay a dollar-fifty, then sit there for hours (every restaurant around this place knows me, and I sometimes get discounts). Opens up the creativity, clears out my head, and the food isn't really that bad.

I can think of about a zillion other things I'd rather be doing. I don't have enough non-working time to do everything I want to as it is - let alone taking the time to cook something decent!!

So I went to Popeye's today and ordered a 10 piece dark chicken only (it usually provides dinner and a lunch or two). Anyway, the ***** at the counter rings me up and I notice the price is a little high. I fork over the money assuming that maybe the price went up. Nope, I notice that she's charged me for mixed chicken. I correct her, but she still hands me the change for mixed chicken (higher price). I'm about to protest when she moves to the next register and starts ringing up somebody else! WTF! Well, it's only a dollar or so, so I decide to forget it - deciding instead that they'll lose my future business. Afterall, KFC (which I actually prefer, but they didn't have a special today) is a block away. ANYWAY, when I get home, eager to enjoy my overpriced assortment of dark meat, I see she's given me all drumsticks!! How irritating! So I go to their website to email a complaint to corporate when I find that their contact page doesn't work! They suck!
