I've never had an interest in Harry Potter myself.

if you saw the movie....because a great character died and another great character had to be a part of it!
i have also read the books and now how much harry is struggling at this piont!
it just gets darker from here....thats why!!
as for the books being crappy....well.....they aren't!
i know its a matter of opinion but i love the books and the characters and feel the struggle when they do,..thats a fantastic book in my opinion!

Umm... NOO! The movie was GREAT! The book was WONDERFUL! The storyline is UNBELIEVABLY GOOD! The author is a GENIUS!

If you think it is so awful, what would you reccommend instead?
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

James Patterson?! That might be credible if he actually did the writing on half his books!

thank you!!!!
i was sooo impressed with what i saw!
they portrayed diggory's death so well i cried my brains out!
and then,...when harry's parents came out of you know who's wand,....well,.....i cried some more!
we all left the theater w/ red eyes! it was nuts!
i conect with all the characters and thats what makes me think she is so amazing!
i mean,....when longbottom was watching moody preform that curse you saw his pain!
i just wish they explained more so the people who never read the books could understand just as much as we do!

So I started listening to this audiobook today and I caught something interesting I didn't catch the first time around or in the movie. Lord V. tells Wormtail he's got plans that involve him. He hints that it is something his other supporters would "give their right hand for." Interesting that in the end, he cuts off Wormtail's right hand!

I have to admit I haven't cried yet during Harry Potter. I have put Spoilers in White

And I'm not that big a fan of Dumbledore, so I wasn't that sad when he died.

I'm listening to this Audiobook on my iPod now. I never realized how long winded it really is. It's good and all... but I can see now why HUGE chunks of exposition were dropped out of the movie.

Perhaps I like Order of the Pheonix better afterall. Professor Umbridge is the best character EVER!
