Most of them did post but the reason why they now have 0 posts is their posts were deleted and they were banned. :D

I found a handful of spammers in the member list so far who still had posts here.

I think people without any posts but who also have a "beep" in their location/website may also be . . . questionable (if they weren't already shown the door).
Actually I see no problem with throwing out all the users with 0 posts. If they're legitimate they can always sign up again.

Wow... I haven't done any cleaning here in days! Brilliant!

Now Michael, is there a way to approach my bedroom so it has the same results? :)

Thank goodness. I think it’s a matter of changing the registration questions every once in awhile.
How do you know what kind of pictures they are if you're such a lay-dee?

Gosh darn it. They're back.

At least they aren't so offensive this time.

Oh, I don't know about that "so offensive" part.

SPAM about things like "Infared Thermal Imager" and "Disposable Surgical Mask" during a global pandemic are sicker than the porno SPAM postings at a time like this.
I don't know about you, but I live in one of those states here in the U.S. where people are being told to "shelter in home" and the stores/businesses that are considered "non-essential" have been ordered by the state to close for the time being.

Trying to take advantage of people in such situations is truly "offensive" to me.

Just one so far, and he's in the bin.

These are difficult and trying times for most of us, but let's make the best of it. I'm considering starting up a new Cluedo game - I'm not sequestered yet but that won't take long, and now that I have to work from home I save an hour per day in commuting time.

My stepfather read about people that claimed to be government officials testing going around to check if someone has COVID-15. Of course, this is fake, and he told me don’t let those people in. I agree with you, so disgusting some people are.

And you can add "orabbattark" to that list of new SPAMMERS.
(S/He/It's thread is "Which your favorite artists?" under "General Discussion", but without a verb in the question / thread title.)

Honey, trust me, you don't need to be a sleuth to know they're spammers.

It took me half an hour to delete these three due to connection problems with this site. I hope someone here has a line with Michael since now Corona made my work way too busy and way too stressful to go back to the way we were three months ago, he can find new questions or download a better captcha, but I can't keep up with this kind of spamming long. Especially if the connection issues aren't sorted out.

I talked to my BF about this - he's a lot more computer savvy than I am and runs his own PHPBB forum that he has built a large amount of protection into. He noticed that there are a LOT of guests online, 138 guests last time I checked - most, if not all, are crawling bots. These clog up the site so much that they cause the connection issues.
