Detective James McGreeney - Weeks shy of retirement from the New York City police force, Det. McGreeney is tired and battle scarred. His forty-five years on the force have had many ups (6 commendations for bravery) and downs (9 friends lost in the line of duty). He likes to keep to himself, tucked away in his cluttered back office, drinking coffee and watching the clock tick ever closer to sweet freedom. But his memories haunt him. He wonders if he should have done more... could have done more... so many unsolved cases... Especially the Candlestick Killer who popped up in the 70s murdering a string of college women by beating them to death with what appeared to be the weapon for which he was named. It was McGreeney's first case as a Detective. His first failure. Then in '82, he failed again when the Candlestick Killer made another appearance - this time murdering 9 single twenty-somethings with a wrench (by then the Candlestick Killer moniker was too well known to change). Then in '96 he struck again killing 18 middle-aged housewives with another blunt instrument. A pipe of some sort. These murders were followed a year later by 3 stabbings. 3 more dead housewives. Again, McGreeney failed to catch the Candlestick Killer. When the files started coming across his desk last week with some strangulation victims all appearing to have suffered similar modus operandi, Det. McGreeney's instincts told him it was the work of the serial killer who'd eluded him all those years. This time, he caught a lucky break in the form of an anonymous arrangement of carnations from Candlewick Florists. The card simply read "Congratulations on your retirement." The hair on the back of McGreeney's neck stood on end. Was it coincidence? Candlewick / Candlestick. Could it be the killer's way of taunting him? He traced the floral purchase back to a corporate account paid out through Black Enterprises. Revolver in hand, McGreeney was on the hunt again... one last time.

Mysti Fogg - Paranormal Investigator.

Being one of the oldest residences in Arlington Grange, Tudor Close has a long and "varied" history. Or so it's said in polite conversation. Little is mentioned in bridge circles or at tea parties of the home's gruesome, bloody history. But when Jane Meadow-Brook invited her cousin Mysti to stay with her for the weekend and heard tales of Mysti's travels around the country searching for proof of life after death, she couldn't help but want to impress Mysti with stories of her own hair raising experiences within Tudor Close.

Mysti could hardly wait to explore Tudor Close for herself. She finagled a dinner invitation from Mr. Boddy through Jane. But when she got there she found unpleasant company with not just Mr. Boddy, but his psychic advisor Madame Rose. Mysti and Rose instantly took a disliking to each other... Rose claiming Mysti was a hack... Mysti claiming Rose was a fraud intending to bilk Boddy out of a fortune. Unknowing who to believe, Boddy believed neither and vowed to expose them both as frauds and charlatans.

Little did they expect the night to end with another ghost added to the mansion's "collection".

i got a couple people:

Mr. Alan Woodland
Mr. Woodland is a very important business man. He loves to sell swimming pools to very rich estates. Once the people bought their land, he was right there to help them to design their landscaping. Mr. Woodland is always ready to begin working; you would think that he never slept, because he always knew what was happening in town and the town around him. His wife, Betsy, is a good teammate toward him. They love each other very much, and hope that they can start a family soon. They are, what you would say, a very good match. Before they got married they both lived in separate states. They got to know one another on a plane that they were both on, going to the same sate to attend different funerals. Alan use to work for a bank. They both got tired of their current jobs and moved to one state together. So after dating for two years, they got married. They are both very happy together. Alan worked at a bank and knew how people invested their money. Both didn’t like their past jobs. (very risky) They could have both been in the wrong place at the wrong time…

Betsy Woodland
Betsy is a very eager worker and is always very helpful with Alan. Betsy use to work as a stewardess on a plane. Betsy use to be a stewardess and met a lot of important people, and overheard a lot of things. The more and more you think about it, they both heard the same things from the same person. Both Alan and Betsy were discovered dead in a tool shed, after secretly discusing some finacial arangement with a mysterious person. The mysterious person was at the mansion at the time…

Lady Sarah Jewel
The 23-year-old girl has had an interesting past. She was adopted by Sally and John Jewel at birth. Sarah has been spoiled as a child, but never liked being spoiled. On Christmas and her birthday, she would receive incredible sized boxes wrapped in rich wrapping paper. She, however, preferred giving her gifts to charity, and later became a charity organizer. Did she spot something that she could let go of?

Miss Janet Emerald
The secret lover of Mr. Boddy, she is the cousin to Heather Grey. Janet is also in love with Mr. Jon Green. (if mr. boddy gets murdered she is a very probable suspect, could be the killer)
