I like the knife. Simple. Elegant. Very nice. It looks like 50th Anniversary/MD version.

And I love Mustard. And your little description adds a lot to the character.

His dying sister, I'm afraid.

Thanks. If I find time, I will do more complete characterizations once the cards are done.

Mustard is perfect. And the Knife is fantastic too. Can't wait for more.

I prefer the unedited mansion because the mansion on the card backs is compressed for size, making it look more cartoony.

And by the way, I really like the Knife. Although a more exquisite name is the Dagger, it still looks very nice. I hope to see more soon.

The unedited mansion would have looked too busy for a card back. Also, I like Knife better. I disagree that it is a more exquisite name. Knife rhymes with strife.

So this should give a good idea of the game's look.

Huh

A spooky element ... mmmm ... maybe. But I should have said elegant, rather. Where MMM was more gritty and visceral, this is presenting a somewhat more reserved aesthetic. Nevertheless detailed and human, but refined and a little less personal.

Very cool. This whole thing seems very fun, especially with your description of Mustard as others has said. You should write a short story for each suspect a'la the MD instruction booklet, instead of biographies.

Unfortunately, I'm a tad short of material now. So much has been wasted on printing or drawing failures (I went though 4 designs to get the Hall right!). I went to buy more, but they didn't have exactly what I bought before. I bought something that I thought would be similar, but when I used it for printing, the backing came out as a tad lighter shade of gray, thus ruining the element of sameness with the cards completely.

They better restock with more 5x7 ivory cardstock soon!

That'a unfortunate, I could see how that'd be frustrating. I have to ask though, is that bust in the Hall of Boddy again or is it something depicting someone else?
