Especially after I changed the rules, the games have been really fun. I can;t remember all the solutions I've had, even though I've only played it three times, but I do remember that the last time we played the killer was Prince Azure in the Billiard Room with the Horseshoe and he killed Miss Mauve in the Cellar with the Trophy and Dr. Black in the Hall with the Scarf.

Have you written any more of the character bios?

No, not yet. Right now I've sort of set this game aside until I find an appropriate box for it. So for no luck.

Not sure how I missed this thread until now, but I really like your cards and characters for this game. The silhouettes are just fantastic.

I (Somewhat stealing the idea from CluedoKid) made a trailer for this game, but I can't seem to upload it anywhere. You see, I used a song in it that everywhere I have tried (YouTube, Veoh, Photobucket, and TinyPic) seem to recognize, say it is copyrighted and block my video. Does anyone know where I can upload it?

You may have no choice but to change the music sadly. Have you tried Putfile?

I decided to upload it without the music. It should be up soon.

Here it is:

The song I used was "I Will Survive" by Gloria Gaynor.

I think if you start the trailer and them quickly start the song, it should be basically what the real thing is like.

Great handiwork! My favorite part is the board. What font did you use? It fits perfectly. I haven't printed it yet, but if I find time, I will.

I seriously need to stock up on card so I can print this. It is truly a beautiful game. You have a lot to be proud of! It's just so gorgeous! It's actually better than half the stuff Hasbro make.

Coming from my mom's complaints that this game has too much stuff and takes too long, I just created a second, shorter way to play this game, sort of like the General Case game in the DVD game.

This version only uses the Ground Floor (Regular Clue board) as it's only board.

At the start of the game, separate the Clue Cards into the 3 usual piles, then remove the Upper and Lower Room cards.

Shuffle the Suspect cards and Weapon cards. Take the top 9 of each pile and place them face up so that all the players can see them. These are the possible suspects and weapons for that game. Write these cards down on the special "Short Version" Notepad:

Image

All players start in the Stairway, and do not start with any Investigation cards. Remove all the Lock/Unlock cards from the Investigation Deck. (Because it really would be annoying if any of the doors on the regular Clue board were gone, look at the Disney games). And have 8 out of the 12 "Murder" cards be in the Investigation Deck.

Only use one die, the one with the Investigation symbol.

And that's it. Everything else is the same. Just a smaller version to keep my mom happy :D

Tried the short version just now.

The Suspects were:
-Mr. Sands
-Miss Peach
-Col. Mustard
-Mr. Green
-Dr. Black
-Mme. Rose
-Mrs. White
-Mr. Ash
-Sgt. Grey

The Weapons were:
-Carving Knife
-Lead Pipe
-Statuette
-Scarf
-Dumbbell
-Fireplace Poker
-Revolver
-Croquet Mallet
-Rope

Col. Mustard did it in the Library with the Dumbbell.

We got close to another murder, but it didn't happen

But overall, it went well (And got my mom's approval :D )

I played the full game once... I'm sure I told about it.... It was Mustard, Poker, Library. My mom won out of default. (my dad didn't remember having the Lead Pipe in his hand)
