"What do you think, Sgt. Gray?" Asked Professor Plum "Am I correct in my hypothesis?"

"Mmmmm...." Gray grunted, pondering the possibility as he examined his notebook. Time was running out. He had to solve this murder soon.

"I'll take that as a possibility," Professor Plum said smugly.

"Well I can!" Miss Peach said, and disproved Plum's suggestion.

Finally it was Gray's chance to vindicate himself and solve this case in front of everyone. There was no doubt that with this murder under his belt, he'd soon make Detective. "Ahh, Miss Peach... but can you prove it wasn't you?"

"What?" Asked Miss Peach distractedly. "I don't know where you're from, but this is America and, I believe, the phrase goes: Innocent until proven guilty."

"Yeah, yeah, yeah... but can you prove you didn't do it with the Blunderbuss in the Gazebo?"

"I didn't do it!" Peach shouted.

"Can you prove that?" Asked Miss Scarlet.

"Well, no..." Miss Peach said.

"Well, I can," Prince Azure stood up at once. He walked right over to Sgt. Grey and started to calmly explain to him why the suggestion simply was impossible.

OOC: Prince Azure can disprove the suggestion.

"Well, I think it was Mrs. Peacock," said M. Brunette. "With the blunderbuss...at the gazebo." Everyone could tell he had not thought this through, and was just pulling a random person, weapon, and place. He's been stressed lately, and hasn't been getting much sleep, and doesn't feel like creating a nice little story to go along with his accusation.

OOC: Prince Azure can disprove the suggestion.

"Listen here, my friend," Prince Azure replied, and he went away with Brunette to talk to him about what, exactly, was the problem with his idea. The two were alone together for a very short time, enough to satisfy Brunette's curiousity.

With that, Lady Lavender turned to the others whom were still in the room with her. Nervously, she was cruel, her mouth filled with verbal venom.

"No doubt those two did it," Lady Lavender declared. "At least, that useless old Prince. Tell me, Peach, dear, don't you think that the Prince is capable of murder? I certainly do. Poison, huh? I can see him putting poison in Mrs. White's coffee. The way she made it, how could anyone tell? Now, nobody's mentioned the ball room, have we? Maybe he did it there."

OOC: Lady Lavender suggests Prince Azure with the poison in the ball room.

"Hmmmmm" Miss Scarlet was thinking deep and hard at the very idea of that suggestion.

"I'm sorry, but I think you have solved it."

"I'm sorry, Miss Scarlet, but I'm afraid Lady Lavender hasn't solved it. I am absolutely certain her suggestion is not the truth. Lady Lavender, if I could have a moment, I'll show you how you were mistaken."

Mrs. Peacock can disprove Azure/Blunderbuss/Ballroom.

Miss Scarlet looked up firmly and staired at Brunette squarely.

"You are a very fishy person! I beleive you killed Mrs. White, in the Gazebo, with the Garden Gnome!"

MISS SCARLET suggests BRUNETTE/GAZEBO/GARDEN GNOME.

Mrs. Peacock shrugged her shoulders.

"You see, Miss Scarlet, it always feels better if you suggest for yourself, doesn't it? I can't disprove this one. I'll give you another demonstration of it if this turns out to be incorrect."

Mrs. Peacock (and Prof. Plum) cannot disprove Brunette/Garden Gnome/Gazebo.

Madame Rose wasn't having any of this... She went to the kitchen for a snack. Afterall, she'd been here for hours and that rude Dr. Black hadn't even offered her a refreshment. She fixed a turkey sandwich, cut it diagonally (crusts removed) and deposited the knife in the sink next to... the Garden Gnome! Had somebody washed it off to hide traces of blood?!

WAIT. Before gameplay proceeds, I have intention to accuse. May I?

Nobody has started their suggestion yet.

Since play has not proceeded, you may accuse.

Once you state your accusation, we will go through the other players in order (starting with CMustard) to verify they cannot disprove. If not, you win and the player responsible for the killer may make a confession if he so desires to wrap up the game.

Miss Scarlet and Dr. Black were both hunched over the phone. Her silky smooth hands clasped over his aged wrinkled fingers. The good police were the only ones to trust.

"He-hello? Police?" asked Dr. Black, "I believe M. Brunette commited the murder with the Bucket in the Gazebo."

Miss Scarlet added in. "I don't know for sure, but it seems possible."

(I honestly am guessing here. But since I rather guess than not have a chance to accuse, then here's to it. If I'm wrong. Good luck to everbody else. I had fun and I will sign up for game two.)

MISS SCARLET and DR. BLACK accuse M. BRUNETTE with the BUCKET in the GAZEBO.

Michael, are you sure this is the way you want to go about it? After all, when you accuse in the real game, you don't find out who (if anybody) could disprove. I think that we might be better off asking Tum if Cluedokid25 got the answer right. It would keep more in the spirit of Clue in my opinion.

But if you want me to go along with this anyway, I will. Just wanted to point the above out.

You make a valid point. I was merely using the rules of the other forum in terms of how we play... But I think I agree with your thoughts on the matter. I'll ask Tum to check.

Inspector Tum arrived at the scene of the crime and took one look at Mrs. White in the secret passage and announced loudly to the group....

I'm sorry Miss Scarlet and Dr. Black, but your accusation is INCORRECT. I'm going to have to ask you to refrain from making such suggestions from now on, but if you have any valuable clues to offer, you may still disprove.
