Haha I just messaged you because I wasn't sure if it had been posted yet. Well... I got it right too...

The rope was the trickiest part... you had to figure that Mr. Green was guessing with his own card.

In fact, I don't think that became a trend until 1986, with the exception of the cartoons of the 50s. Which, as I've theorized before, is probably the real reason that the movie characters don't wear their assigned colors - because that just wasn't a popular notion yet.

She works as Scarlet because the dress is perfect, as well as the diva pose. The short blond hair and face doesn't work for Peacock. That's why the Reinvention Peacock is so awful. To quote a great philosopher... A woman wearing red does not a Scarlet make. Also, I think Peacock is one of the thing...

I also agree. Give her a flouncy blue dress, blue boa, some cat eye classes, and a peacock feather in a hair and I'd like her.

These are excellent and I'm sorry I haven't mentioned it yet. I'm not a big fan of Mr. Green, there's something odd about his positioning. I've read your explanation, I'm just not a fan. But I'm always an advocate of the idea that as long as the creator likes it, that's what matters. The rooms for t...

Unusual request...

Image

Can anybody identify this man? I used him as Colonel Mustard, as demonstrated above, but I can't remember his name. I think he was really only involved in one major movie, but I can't remember what that was. Any ideas?

Thanks.

They all give stellar performances, but I'm going with Eileen Brennan. She doesn't hold back when approaching Mrs. Peacock's wackiness and incorporates her sinister streak beautifully as well.

I have different names I associate with different versions of the characters. For example, 1996 is Veronica Scarlet, Alan Mustard, Eleanor White, Jonathon Green, Elizabeth Peacock, and Lester Plum. But for Cluedo 2000, I see Vivianne Scarlet, Rolf Mustard, Millie White, Warren Green, Elizabeth Peaco...

Interesting. I'm not sure the photo for Mrs. White flows quite right with the rest... The other three all have similar photography, so she seems a little odd out. I agree, but I like the picture. Maybe just up the contrast on her photograph? I actually kind of liked your original Miss Scarlet, but ...

Lounge (I've always associated this with Mr. Green, because of the green carpet on the 1996 board.) Kitchen (Associated with Mrs. White, for obvious reasons.) Ballroom (Associated with Miss Scarlet, for classiness, performance, and the red carpet on the 1996 board.) Conservatory (Associated with Mrs...

The most iconic characters would have to be Mustard, Scarlet, and Plum, I think.

I think I'd agree with Mustard, Candlestick, Billiard Room. Maybe Scarlet though.

White reminds me of somebody, though. I think the Grandma from the Tweety-Bird cartoons. Maybe you're thinking of the nanny from 101 Dalmations (who I've always thought should be used for a Disney Clue, featuring Jessica Rabbit as Scarlet, Clayton from Tarzan as Mustard, Milo from Atlantis as Plum....

Emphasizing the chins improves the suspects greatly. They look wonderful. I do agree that Green and Mustard have noticeably more detail. You might consider adding some buttons to Scarlet, Plum, and White, since they're all wearing jackets that would include buttons. But either way, they still look g...

I like the character cards. One suggestion though, you might consider making the faces a shade lighter than the necks. There's something odd about how they run together. But I really like the simplicity of the cards.
