They had a tendency to jam and explode. Samuel Colt used to keep an exploded pepperbox revolver (made by one of his c...

Inspector Pry posted a wanted poster for the suspects. They had earlier agreed to stop being criminals. This poster sparks their intrest and as the end credits roll we see the weapons being removed from the bar one at a time. You don't see the takers faces but you can tellby their clothing who it i...

In the intro, why does Mrs. White carry a tray of colored water, red, yellow, blue, green and clear, and offer it to the guests as "white wine"? Only Colonel Mustard comes the closest to looking like he's drinking white wine, though it looks more like a urine sample. Meanwhile, why isn't the glass ...

Re: The Rope and 50th Anniversary, 2002/2003 Games

The 50th Anniversary pewter version of the rope actually dates to (at least) 1988. That's the same rope Parker Bros. used in Master Detective.

The poison token used in the 50th Anniversary edition also first appeared in Master Detective.

Clue Master Detective included suspect descriptions as early as 1988. The accompanying booklet had lengthy biographies of each of the 10 characters. The rooms and weapons did not get the same treatment. However, each playing card did have short blurb related to each room or weapon. (The suspect card...

Gosford Park Clue

Has anyone ever made a homemade Clue game based on Gosford Park? There's a tremendous number of suspects, but a limited number of weapons (knife, poison, revolver, rifle) unless one adds in obvious substitutes that don't figure prominently in the movie. Anyone have read on the layout of the rooms on...
